Lindsey Osting
Lindsey Osting is a distinguished senior leader in the C-suite, bringing over two decades of extensive experience to her roles. Known for her elegant blend of clinical insight, business strategy, and governance expertise positions, she has been an influential figure in the healthcare industry. Her dedication to improving patient outcomes, enhancing operational efficiencies, and fostering sustainable growth continues to leave a lasting impact wherever she has served. She also has experience with succession, and a deep understanding of both healthcare systems and business operations.
Lindsey has a long track record of overseeing large scale savings initiatives, as well as revenue growth strategies. She is well versed in compensation and has served as chair of the investment committee in previous board roles. She also excels in risk assessment and development of proactive strategies to mitigate potential challenges. She has a deep knowledge and experience with strategic planning for corporations as well as smaller companies. With a focus on quality and value, she has led and executed on large-scale initiatives achieving cost reductions, revenue generation, and staffing efficiencies for organizations. In 2022, she executed a financial sustainability strategy that saved $60M on the bottom line for the hospital system and continued to show savings of an additional $70M in 2023 and an additional $33 in 2024.
Throughout her career, Lindsey has had robust leadership experience in various clinical and business settings with the most recent being at a Healthsystem in Ohio. She leads operations and strategic development in her current role as president at one of the hospitals in the large health system in central Ohio.
Lindsey is a Trustee and Board Member for Otterbein University. She also currently serves on the boards for the Riverside Outpatient Surgery Center and HealthPartners (currently the chief privacy and compliance officer). Lindsey was a member of the Lion’s Eye Bank Board for seven years where she chaired the board for one term as well as served on various financial committees and chaired the investment committee. She is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives and is affiliated with numerous professional and industry associations.
Lindsey received her bachelor’s in nursing from Otterbein University and her Master of Science in Health Systems Management from The Ohio State University. She has also served as a national speaker on numerous occasions, sharing insights on her work. Lindsey lives in Columbus, has a love for tennis, Pilates, and loves to travel abroad.
Cindy Diaz Casebolt PMP, CSM, SPC
Cindy Diaz Casebolt, PMP, CSM, SPC is Senior Director of PMO and IT Service Delivery for Thermo Fisher Scientific, serving in a chief of staff capacity to the CIO of the Customer Channels Group. Previously she served for seven years as Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives, on the executive leadership team for CAS, a division of the American Chemical Society.
A graduate of the Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, Cindy has over 30 years of project management and operations experience in the insurance, financial services, scientific and aviation industries. In addition to Thermo Fisher Scientific and CAS, she has led operational and strategic transformation initiatives at Nationwide, Grange Insurance and NetJets.
Cindy has served in a volunteer capacity on several endeavors throughout central Ohio, including the COSI Science Festival, JDRF, Light the Night, and Pelotonia. She is an adjunct instructor with Columbus State Community College, a former PTO president for St. Pius X Catholic school, and currently serves as Secretary on The Salvation Army of Central Ohio Advisory Board.
Chasity Kuttrus
Chasity Kuttrus’ broad experience has created an impressive portfolio of experiences in working with a variety of job positions and functional areas. Chasity has coached wide range of professionals including, C Level Executives, New Managers, Non Profit Leaders, Entrepreneurs and Women seeking Clarity in “next”.
Chasity is passionate about helping other women succeed. She’s a frequent speaker on the topic of leadership and career management for women.
Chasity brings many years of Human Resources, Recruiting and Executive Coaching expertise to the organization. She started her career at Andersen Consulting driving the HR and Recruiting efforts for central Ohio. She sharpened her skills as a project management in her next role at CompuCom Systems, a technology consulting organization based in Dallas, Texas. While at CompuCom, Chasity managed the Operations and entire regional HR effort. She then held the position of Director of Human Resources for the America’s at NCR in Dayton, Ohio. Chasity spent ten years as a Partner with Ray and Barney group prior to founding Executive Elements in 2009, an executive coaching firm specializing in building successful female leaders.
Chasity drives the important work in central Ohio of connecting women to for-profit company board seats. This work, “Women at the Table” (WATT), elevates, promotes and encourages companies to consider the enormous talent that female leaders possess right here in Columbus, Ohio. She promotes the health and wellness of women and girls through programs like “The Women’s Fund, Girls on the Run, Girl Scouts and Rox”. She is also a Past Chair of the board at the YWCA whose mission is to eliminate racism and empower women. Chasity sat on the board at The Ohio State University advisory council for Business Builders. She is a Christian Bible Study Host for a Pinnacle Forum. She volunteers her time as a board member in her neighborhood association. And, she was recognized as a “40 Under 40” in 2005, a Columbus “Woman to Watch” in 2006 and an alumni of the Leadership Dublin class of 2010. In 2012, she was honored as one of Deloitte’s Wise Women.
Chasity is incredibly passionate about building successful leaders. She is an excellent example for women wanting to accelerate their career. She loves learning and has a natural gift to communicate sincerely and effectively. She gives her energy, her time and her talents to her clients and her community. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from The Ohio State University. She is married to Jack Kuttrus and they have two children.
Heather M. Buck
Heather Buck serves as the System Vice President of Patient Experience at OhioHealth, a role she assumed on August 17, 2025, following her tenure as Senior Director of Food and Nutrition Services. In this capacity, Heather leads strategic initiatives to elevate patient-centered care across the health system, driving improvements in experience, equity, and engagement.
With a career at OhioHealth beginning in 2019, Heather has consistently demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence and cultural transformation. Her leadership has been instrumental in aligning service delivery with organizational values, including the integration of patient feedback into system-wide quality and safety metrics.
Heather reports directly to the EVP & Chief Administrative Officer. She collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams, including the Patient Experience team, enterprise leadership, to ensure seamless transitions and sustained impact.
Heather’s leadership style is grounded in transparency, collaboration, and a deep respect for the voices of patients and associates alike. She continues to champion initiatives that foster healing, hope, and transformation across the communities OhioHealth serves.
Before joining OhioHealth, Heather worked as a senior leader at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) for over ten years, where she led teams involved in the company’s growth strategy and culture initiatives. During her time at CMR she taught at The Ohio State University (OSU) School of Human Ecology.
Heather holds a BA in History from Eastern Illinois University as well as a Master of Business Operations Excellence (MBOE) from The Ohio State, Fisher College of Business.
Heather has lived in Columbus since 1998.
Terri Scannell
Terri Scannell is Principal Advisor, Sustainability & Social Stewardship at OhioHealth. In her previous role, Terri was Senior Director, Social Responsibility, ESG, Philanthropy and Community Benefit at Vizient. In her role at Vizient, Terri led corporate responsibility, as well as hospital community benefit and sustainability practices.
OhioHealth received The Joint Commission Sustainable Healthcare Certification with distinction in January 2025. In 2026 Terri was awarded 5 grants for sustainability work at OhioHealth including the highest grant amount awarded from the Ohio EPA and created the first Taskforce for Climate-Related Financial Disclosures Issues Brief in healthcare.
Terri serves on the following: National Academy of Medicine Action Collaborative on Decarbonizing Committee member and the American Hospital Association Technical Advisory Panel on Environment and Health. She is also Chair, of the Ohio Hospital Association’s Environmental Leadership Council. She served on the Culture of Health for Business Taskforce working with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Global Reporting Initiative. This endeavor received a World Changing Ideas 2020 Award from FastCompany.
Terri worked with the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board to develop standards for healthcare. In 2026 she addressed the Congressional Fellows for the National Academy of Medicine on low carbon care delivery. She was selected for the White House Initiative: Greening America’s Hospitals and was Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health’s Executive Education in Sustainability Leadership, as well as Wharton’s Initiative for Global Climate Leadership.
Terri has 25 years of experience leading corporate social responsibility, organizational sustainability, ESG, impact reporting, tax exempt status and financial management efforts. Terri holds degrees in Finance, a Master of Business Administration, and a post graduate degree in Law (UK).
Trisha Barhorst
Trisha Barhorst leads Nationwide’s Personal Lines Property Claims team, ensuring efficient and effective property claims management, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. She was named to this role in April of 2023.
Trisha has a breadth of leadership experience in a variety of business functions including underwriting, technology, sales, marketing, and customer service. She has successfully led organizational change initiatives to align talent, leverage data, streamline operations, and gain efficiencies.
Trisha is passionate about being an authentic leader and supporting others to find their voice and share their story. She was the President of Women Empowered which is the largest associate resource group at Nationwide. She also serves on the Ohio 4-H Foundation Board which works to create new programs and improve existing programs for Ohio 4-H.
Trisha holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business and applied economics and a master’s degree in business administration from Ohio State University.
